Using Adore Delivery

Adore Delivery is an electronic platform to advertise and distribute information. We do not endorse or distribute any listings. Please use due diligence and common sense while interacting with users.

• Your Information: You're the lawful owner of the content you post and are fully responsible for it.
• Listings should not:
  • Be fraudulent or misrepresentative.
  • Include goods/services you don't own or have rights to list.
  • Infringe intellectual or privacy rights.
  • Promote hate, racism, obscenity, or illegal activities.
  • Contain spam, viruses, or malicious links.
  • Be in the wrong category or city.
  • Violate any laws.
• You consent to receive communications through various modes including calls and emails.
• You are responsible for your login credentials and all activity under your account.

Eligibility

Use of Adore Delivery is only for Indian citizens aged 18 or above and those legally able to form contracts.

Abuse of Adore Delivery

Report offensive listings via our reporting tool. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of AUP violations.

Disputes

Disputes between users and stylists are solely their responsibility. Adore Delivery is not liable for stylist behavior or service quality.

Violations by Users

We reserve the right to suspend accounts violating AUP or Listing Policy.

Content

By submitting content, you grant us global, royalty-free rights to use and display it. We may remove content that violates policies or rights.

Liability

We are not liable for content posted by users, including losses, misrepresentation, or interrupted services. Legal actions must begin within 7 days of the issue.

Personal Information

By using Adore Delivery, you agree to our data collection practices. Your resume may be publicly displayed if submitted.

General

We may update this policy anytime. Updates are effective immediately upon your next posting or after 30 days.

Third Party Content and Services

We may link to external sites. Users access them at their own risk and are advised to exercise caution before any transactions.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Adore Delivery against any claims arising from your content, actions, or violation of these terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by Indian law. Courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

Services

Users must register and book services in advance. Availability is not guaranteed. Cancellations or refunds are handled as per policy.

Customer Cancellation Policy

• 2+ hours before service: Full refund (minus disposable kit if used).
• At service time: ₹200 cancellation fee; remainder refunded.
• Valid emergencies: Only ₹100 deducted after verification.

The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking after receipt, and will inform the User in advance. Service charges will be refunded if a booking is declined. Additional verification may be required before confirmation. Bookings made with incorrect pricing or information may be canceled, even if previously confirmed. Users may cancel services by submitting a "Cancel Order" request via customer care (phone or website). Add-on or promotional services are non-refundable upon cancellation. The User is bound by the Company’s Cancellation Policy and cannot claim losses due to canceled bookings. The Company may withdraw or modify any promotional offers at its discretion without liability.
